Online Return Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. In the event you are not pleased with the product you purchased from Lobitos® Oil LubeN’Drive LlLC / Lobitos® Oil Co  you may return product if it meets the guidelines below.

Guidelines
All returns must be made in original condition and initiated by emailing
customer service a eyk@lobitosoilco.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

NO RETURNS are accepted if an RA# is not obtained within 30 days of the
date you receive your order.
 

You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria
below.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
 

* If the returned bottles are marked in any way, no credit will be issued.
All bottles must be retuned toLobitos® Oil LubeN’Drive LlLC / Lobitos® Oil Co in resalable conditions

* If you received a defective item, a credit may be issued by calling
customer service.

* Please note we can only accept product that is purchased directly through Lobitos® Oil LubeN’Drive®  LlLC / Lobitos® Oil Co If product was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, please contact this retailer for returns, as their own return policies will apply.
 

Returns must be received 30 days after the RA# is issued to receive full
credit.
We do not accept any packages without an RA# obviously marked on the outside
of the package.

All returns will be checked by our return specialists. In the event items or parts are
missing from the box, the cost of these items will be deducted from the refund.

We consider any discounts reasonably relate to the value of your personal information. Note that you are provided with the material terms of the LubeN’Drive  / Lobitos® Oil Co Loyalty Program when you join, and are asked to provide your opt-in consent to participate, which you can withdraw at any time.
